KenKar Plastics was established in 1998 and has grown to be an industry leader in the supply, fabrication and onsite welding of polyethylene pipe systems.

With a core focus on polyethylene (PE), our warehouse stocks a complete range of PE100 pipe, fittings and related products.

Our extensive range of supply partners, combined with our onsite welding and fabrication capabilities up to 1,200 diameter, provides us the ability to meet our customers’ needs and deliver solutions for any pipe application.

KenKar Plastics established focusing on polyethylene welding
Achieved Sydney Water certification as an approved polyethylene welding contractor
Became a member of PIPA
KenKar inhouse fabrication of a 100% fully functioning polyethylene boat
Commenced build of a new purpose based facility in Prime Drive Seven Hills (Current Location)
Completed Mardi Dam 1200mm SDR11 supply and weld which at the time was Australia's largest diameter PE pipe project
Acquired first High Pressure Welder beign a Technodue PT630Car Butt Welder
Onsite welding for 11km of 560mm sewer rising main from Marsden Park to Riverstone
Live tap of existing 500mm PN16 polyethylene line using large bore saddle and hot tapping tool
Onsite welding of 1.4km of 400mm SDR6 in a single string directionally drilled underneath the Shoalhaven River
Change of ownership to KenKar Water Australia
